
The main entrance into the building includes a reception area, waiting room, and adoption rooms. This space connects to the veterinarian office and allows views to the kittens and puppies.
This space is fully equipped with a surgery room, x-ray space, isolations rooms, and four exam rooms. This tenant space has its own entry, reception, and business area while still connecting to the Rescue Facility.
This large open area is a space for rehabilitating and training dogs. There is a home simulation room within this space allowing the dogs to be exposed to furniture and the home environment.
A large kennel with an outdoor run separated from the rest of kennels for the main purpose of birthing and to allow a space for mom and puppies to reside.
There are 130 overly sized kennels and outdoor runs. Twelve of the kennels are isolation kennels. Isolation kennels do not allow nose to nose contact with other dogs and separate these animals from the rest of the kennel in order to prevent illness or infection from spreading. There are also, three cleaning workrooms that contain storage for cleaning supplies and hoses.
The cat area includes several rooms for cat housing, isolation rooms, cat grooming and bathing.
The workroom is a space for food prep and storage as well as a cleaning station for all the bowls and buckets. The dog grooming space contains four drying cages and a large grooming tub. The laundry room is essential for cleaning the amount of towels that are used.
The pound has a separate entry, reception, workroom, cat condos, adoption room, and storage. nine of the 130 kennels are for the pound, two of which are isolation kennels.
Four separate fenced in areas are for the dogs to exercise and play outside.
